Introduction

Hi my name’s Jessie! I’m a freshman, and undecided on my major. I’m home in Palo Alto, California right now, but hopefully I’ll be able to come to campus soon! I love everything movie related and am interested in film studies, so this course seemed perfect. It’s also sort of an introduction to the film department at Lawrence for me. I haven’t really been doing too much during quarantine. I’ve been keeping myself busy watching a lot of movies and TV, and my friend and I have been watching movies socially distanced in her backyard on a projector! I’ve also been making friendship bracelets, working out, and trying to get out for walks as much as I can. I’m super excited for this class, and to get started writing blog posts for the movies we watch. :)
